Yoga for Preschool Play- Thursdays
Your child will develop important physical and emotional skills through this fun yoga program designed for children 2 1/2-6. Students will learn yoga poses adapted to the age group, participate in interactive games and stories, and practice relaxation techniques. Early introduction to yoga can help children develop lifelong skills to help them focus and manage stress. This class promotes a healthy, fun approach to an active lifestyle. Please bring a mat, a water bottle and wear non-restrictive clothing.
