Get ready for the fall sports season with a week-long intensive yoga class!

This class is for high school students who want to strengthen and stretch their muscles and learn meditation techniques to improve concentration, focus and attitude. This week of yoga will include moderately paced sun salutations, breath work, meditation, and relaxation. 

Yoga can help reduce injuries by improving muscle length and strength. Meditation is often used by athletes, including LeBron James, to improve focus and concentration. Together, they can help athletes prepare mentally, emotionally, and physically for their upcoming season.

This class requires 4 particpants in order to hold the program.
