This program is currently unavailable. Click here to view all of our current programs.

Get your friends and come for a fun hour of fitness - all set to great music!

Tabata interval training is one of the most effective types of high intensity interval training and is currently experiencing a huge surge in popularity. Through a variety of simple, yet intense exercises, each class will blast the calories and provide noticeable results in a short amount of time. Each student will "work" to their own abilities. Whether your goal is muscle tone, weight loss, or both, this class will provide what you are looking for.

Certified Tabata group trainer and Amherst parent, Heather Reagan, will lead you through several modern moves to improve your core strength, cardio conditioning and light strength training.  You'll see all the benefits of exercise while having fun.
