Summer All-Star Baseball with Amherst Recreation
All-Star Baseball is for the top players of each age division who want a more competitive summer full of baseball! The All-Star team will compete in 3-5 tournaments throughout the region during the summer with 1-2 practices per week. Travel is required for this team. All Majors and Minors players who played with Amherst Rec this spring are welcome to try out. The top 10-13 players will be selected. Interested players MUST REGISTER to be considered for the all-star team.
Minors Try Out Information
Where: Bean Field
When: May 12th 2023 5:15 -6:15pm
Requirement: Mandatory Registration (below) and Mandatory Attendance
What to Bring: Helmet, glove, bat, water
What to Expect: All current minors players are encouraged to attend, even for just another day of practice. Players will go through drills and have small scrimmages to evaluate on live game play.
Majors Try Out Information

If your child is interested in trying out, please register them below. Players must be signed up to try-out and try-outs are mandatory to be considered for the All-Star team. Full refunds will be given to players that do not make the team.
Baseball age is based on participant's age on April 30th, 2023
Players must be on the roster for a current, spring 2023 Amherst baseball team, AND have played at least 60% of games. Players must attend try-outs to participate in All-Stars.
