Shape Up for Summer with Heather Reagan!!

Get stronger and fitter with an early morning Tabata workout and keep those calories burning all day long! This class is taught by a certified Group Class instructor.


Tabata interval training is one of the most effective types of high intensity interval training and is currently experiencing a huge surge in popularity. Cardio and weight training will be combined in each session. 

Through a variety of simple yet intense excercises, each class will blast calories, increase lean muscle mass and speed up your metabolism. People of all fitness levels are welcome and will be challenged as Tabata allows everyone to maximize their workout at their personal pace.

Whether your goal is muscle tone, weight loss, or both, this class will provide what you are looking for!

To accommodate vacations and beach days, this program is scheduled for 16 classes. Choose the 14 that work for your schedule!

Who: Adults 18 and up (please call the office for questions about teens participating)
Where: Souhegan HS Fitness Center
When: 6-7am, Tuesdays and Thursdays
         June 23- August 13
Needs: Please bring a towel or yoga mat and water
