Food and the Mind-Body Connection to Wellness
What does having good health mean to you?  Many of our health issues are rooted in food and our relationship to it. Learn how mind-body nutrition can create a positive impact on your life and on your overall health and wellness.

This fun and informative 8-week class, taught by Deborah Cort, is broken up into 3 units that include lecture/discussion and cooking demonstrations. The units include:

The Microbiome - what it is and how to care for it
What is Real Food – why does what we eat matter
Finding the Time – creating health in our busy lives

This class is for people who are looking to up their game relative to achieving good health for themselves and their families and for those who are interested in looking at food and wellness from a holistic integrative perspective.

Deborah Cort is an Eating Psychology Coach practicing in Amherst, NH. She coaches individuals with challenges around weight, overeating, binge eating, and body image as well as nutrition related health issues such as digestion, fatigue, anxiety, stress, and mood.
