Mom's Fight Club- with Amherst Karate Studio

The Amherst Rec Department is teaming up with Amherst Karate Studio for a special deal on Mom's Fight Club classes. 

This is NOT your typical fitness kickboxing class! Learn authentic boxing and kickboxing techniques in the air, on a heavy bag, and with a partner all while getting in a hardcore workout! 

Who: Women 18+ of ALL experience levels
What: Fight Club 12 pack + 1 bonus class
Where: Amherst Karate Studio 292 Rt 101 in Salzburg Square
Equipment: boxing gloves & hand wraps (can be borrowed from the studio for class)
Class Times: choose any class time that works for you, mix it up as needed!
   ~ Mondays 9:30-10:30am
   ~ Tuesdays 5:00-6:00pm
   ~ Thursdays 9:30-10:30am and 5:00-6:00pm
Special through Amherst Rec: purchase of a 12 pack earns you a free bonus class! 13 classes for $239R, $259NR with part of the proceeds supporting the Amherst Recreation Department
